FCSTAT has a NO REFUND POLICY for conference registration payments.

Refund Requests may be made in case of an emergency illness or death of registrant or immediate family member.

Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, critical illness requiring hospitalization or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, the FCSTAT Office must be contacted by phone, letter or Email prior to the conference.
All FCSTAT conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing with supporting documentation to verify death or illness requiring the cancellation. The FCSTAT Executive Committee will review the request and if approved, refund will be sent no later than 30 days after the conference has concluded.


FCSTAT utilizes Authorize.Net secure data servers to process all credit card payments. Authorize.Net provides complete security for all transaction data including credit card numbers, expiration dates, etc. FCSTAT does not obtain or keep any sensitive personal data such as birthdates, credit card information, social security numbers, etc. in our online database.
